The patient was not satisfied with his previous zirconia restorations both in the upper and lower jaw. Particularly some restorations were fractured, discolored and the smile line was considered as non-appropriate.

(fig 1 and fig. 2) The new smile was designed with the aid of a digital program. His definitive crowns were designed and milled using a Computer-aided Design and Computer-aided Manufacturing process. The photos describe the digital workflow process.

The patient was very satisfied with the esthetic of his teeth and overall had a more confident smile.
